This honest Bubblegum Tablet review will give you an in depth look at this kids tablet. I know that I can’t be the only parent whose child dropped her brand new iPad and instantly broke the screen. Unfortunately the above iPad was never the same and after paying an arm and a leg to replace the screen I had to deal with the screen constantly peeling away. I had to keep paying $200 for every replacement screen. Moral of the story, don’t give a 3 year old an iPad to use without a cover… EVER. Check out this Bubblegum Tablet Review to see how you can prevent that.
My Honest Bubblegum Tablet Review
Tablets are a must have product for adults and kids right now but how do we give our kids access to this wonderful gadget without breaking the bank? Here enters the Bubblegum Tablet. The Bubblegum Tablet is a colorful and affordable tablet aimed at kids. It comes preloaded with educational apps, games and storybooks. Isn’t that the main reason we give our kids a tablet to play with?
We received the set below to review. You know that feeling you get when you purchase/receive a new gadget? Excitement mixed with anticipation?! Thats how we all felt when we got this in the mail. My kids immediately went to test it out!
They loved that the Bubblegum tablet was ready to go as soon as we opened it. The fact that it was preloaded with wonderful apps was the perfect touch! We are very familiar with educational apps and were pleasantly surprised to find that there were many apps on here that we have never seen or used before! You can add more than one child name on each tablet and customize the apps accordingly.
– Preloaded with great educational games.
– Tablet aimed at kids with a playful interface.
– The quality of the headphones was great. It fit my child comfortably and she could hear nicely with it.
– The weight of the product is perfect for a child.
– The covers are colorful and perfect to customize with your child’s favorite color.
– Great for kids of multiple ages – both my 8 year old and 5 year old loved playing with it.
– The variety of included apps is perfect and I haven’t even needed to download any apps yet!
– I didn’t think the camera quality was good at all.
– Some of the games were hard to figure out for a child who can’t read yet.
My kids each have their own iPad’s (we are a gadget loving family) and this product is a great alternative for your kids if you don’t have an iPad. Even though my kids have iPads this gadget is still used although not nearly as much as our iPAds. You could say that this tablet is somewhat of a mixture between the Leapfrog Leap pad (which is far more expensive and which my kids never really liked) and the iPad but at a much better price range. I would recommend this tablet for someone who wants a tablet for their child that won’t break the bank. The Bubblegum Tablet is R1500 which is a lot cheaper than an iPad so it really depends on your budget.
Honest Bubblegum Tablet Review Update!
One of the people who purchased this product has mentioned that her product has a battery problem and I think we have a similar issue with ours. I cannot recommend this product unless you check with the seller to make sure that the battery problems are fixed. If you can spring it, I’d go straight to an iPad.
Bubblegum Tablets South Africa has offered to give one of my readers a Bubblegum Tablet! That is a R1500 value!
