Today A decorated a butterfly coloring page with different colored round stickers. This was definitely a challenge for her but the results were pretty.
It is challenging to get the stickers off the sheet they are on and just as challenging to put them on to the coloring page without them getting stuck to the child’s fingers. This activity uses their pincer grasp.
Children 14 months up will enjoy the challenge while older children will enjoy decorating their butterfly’s with these round stickers that can be found in all office supply stores (or stationary stores). Older children would also love adding glitter to this page to make the butterfly even more pretty.
