Today I have a bunch of Halloween themed activities and games for you to download. As soon as these were ready to go D excitedly told me he is ready to play!
Materials Required
– Cardstock
– A Printer (any printer that can handle cardstock will work)
– Laminator (optional)
Halloween Themed Bingo:
First is a Halloween themed bingo game. This activity includes 3 bingo cards as well as Halloween colored bingo markers. Print, laminate and cut. We had a great time as a family playing bingo tonight. I’m not sure who enjoyed the game more… D or my husband?

Halloween Memory Game:
Then I have a Halloween Memory Game which looks pretty funky. In this PDF I have included a patterned backing that I made for the memory game so that it is more appealing to a child. Print two sided if you can. If not, then print page 1 and 3 and then insert them back into your printer face up. Then print page 2 and 4. I printed the pattern using the Fast Normal setting on my printer so as not to waste too much ink on my patterned paper. Then I laminated everything and cut it out. For younger kids you can have your child match each image to its copy.
I recommend if printing the pattern on the back that you print this whole set on card stock(heavier paper) before you laminate. I printed my first try on normal paper and I could lightly see the pattern on the side of the image which I found to be distracting. Once I printed it on card stock it came out beautiful!

Halloween Sequence Activity:
Lastly, there is this Halloween Pattern Activity. I printed, laminated, then cut it out to make it a re-useable activity.

All three games look fun! I’ve been toying with the idea of purchasing a laminator too – seems so wasteful to put time and effort into materials that get quckly destroyed. Have you ever tried printing on magnet sheets? I can see things like the sequencing activity lending themselves to a magnet medium.
I also held off on getting a laminator but honestly its been such a great decision. The best part is that you aren’t wasting ink and paper because you can reuse it with another child when you are done, or you can let your child right now use the activities over and over again. 🙂
