Our first Old Lady book was, “There was an old lady who swallowed a bat.” My daughter thought this book was hysterical and read it with me every single day for thirty days. Each day, she challenged herself to read it back to me. What did she swallow next? I then got the main book, “There was an old lady who swallowed a fly” and she loved that one too.
Now, whenever I see Old lady books I immediately purchase them.
This Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly Printable Pack is aimed at children in preschool and kindergarten. It is full of math and literacy activities as well as story sequencing activities.
