So many fun things! While I can’t give away all the details, just know that their drawing skills will be put to the test – in a good way!
They’ll be challenged to draw:
- Cat

For each and every drawing subject, there are steps that show them how to do it, and then plenty of space for them to draw it on their own. It really doesn’t get any better than this!
You better get some space ready on the fridge because you’re going to be hanging up a ton of artwork over the next few days!
As you can see from the image below, it has various steps on how to get the end result of a cute and cuddly cat!
What is the learning benefit of children drawing?
What I’ve noticed is that as a child gets confidence, their creativity grows as well. Most times, when it comes to drawing, the hardest part is just figuring out how to start.
If these printables can help take a bit of the pressure off the kids and have them dive right in to being creative, that is a huge win!
Not only will they be working on their artistic abilities, but they’ll be working on following directions, their fine motor skills, and patience to work through the various steps.
I’ve done my best to simplify them down to six steps for each drawing, which I think is helpful for the kids!
Once they draw their own pictures, they can then color them in however they want! Give them a pair of scissors so that they can cut out their finished works of art!
Think that this is something that your little artist might love? I’ve created a sampler page that you can try out! If you’re happy with it and the kids love it, make sure to head over and grab the entire drawing pack – it’s totally worth it!
