These polar animal activities are sure to catch your child’s interest. It is so fascinating how any animal can live in such cold conditions. The polar animals list includes the arctic fox, arctic hare, beluga whale, penguin, polar bear, seal, caribou, moose and snowy oil.
In the Polar Animals activities pack, children will learn about different animals that are able to adapt to the harsh conditions in this area.
Polar Animal Activities
This packet has something for everyone. If you have multiple children of different ages like I do, this is a fantastic pack! While this is open to children of any age, it was created with preschoolers and kindergarten in mind. If you have preschooler or kindergartners that are interested in polar animals, this packet will be especially great for you.

Here are some items that pair well with these activities. These are supplies that you will use each of these items over and over during all my printable preschool activity packs.
A pocket chart or this mini one too.
Write and wipe Dry Erase Pockets
In this Polar Animals printables pack, there is a page which will help children distinguish between animals that live in the cold harsh polar regions of the world and dinosaurs. This cut and paste activity is sure to be a highlight in their learning.
My daughter is very very, I mean VERY interested in writing. She is always grabbing notebooks, scrap pieces of paper or printer paper and a writing utensil. She will write notes to people, start stories or whatever comes to her mind. This is why I have included writing prompts and story starters in this printable pack. Having a theme like Polar Animals can lead to some fun or even funny stories.
We’ve included activities for children who are not quite ready to write either. These activities may be masked as fun but they are fabulous for strengthening pencil grip muscles as well as their minds. Our favorites that fit into this category are the tracing crazy lines as well as the do a dot pages.

Thank you, for these amazing resources! I downloaded one of the free printable packs and am excited to implement them in my classroom. Question- Are all the free printable packs available to download, or are they ‘one per customer’ so to speak? When I attempted to download another unit the page does not respond.

You can download as many as you want. If a link doesn’t work then please e-mail me to let me know. There are so many resources on Fun With Mama that it can be challenging to make sure they are all linked properly. That’s where reader help is wonderful!
